I’m using sweet potatoes, black beans, red pepper, and jalapeno as the core ingredients along with a can of green chilis and green salsa to flavor them up! I like to use lots of avocado, scallions, and salsa for topping and also great topped with dairy-free sour cream and dairy-free cheese!
