“Miriam changed my life. George and I started working with Miriam last year. We did her Level 1 wellness classes. From the get-go, the program was a success for both of us. We used to have a very disorganized and unhealthy diet, along with bad habits. Processed foods, little exercise, too much wine. “Transformative. That’s how I’d describe this class. When I began the 12 week group coaching class with Miriam I really had no idea what to expect. I imagined I’d come away with a few new recipes and a renewed sense of motivation for taking better care of myself, but I’ve gone on these “health kicks” before so I wasn’t setting the bar very high.
