Ingredients

  • 8 cups arugula
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 sliced or chopped avocado
  • a few sliced strawberries for garnish
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
